The Dictator game
Why do some people choose to get ahead instead of getting along?

Let’s play the Dictator game — a simple one-shot game between two players. The first player (A) is the Dictator. The Dictator is given a fixed amount of money or points. The second Player (B) is the Recipient, and he must accept how the Dictator splits the money (points) between the two of them. The Dictator and the Recipient will never meet each other, the game is played randomly on the computer, and here are the rules:

In this task, you must make a decision which can earn you some money. The task will take place in pairs, in which case one of the participants will be Player A, and the other participant will be Player B. There are 50 points that Player A must decide how to distribute between himself and Player B. That is, Player A decides how many points he will keep for himself and how many points Player B will receive. For every point that he keeps for himself, Player A will receive 1 $. Please press the button to start playing, at the end of this game, and you will be paid by a check sent to your home address.
