Russia’s plan to cancel the West
As Russian Federation is quickly becoming Fortress Besieged (Осаждённая крепость), President Putin announced Russia’s detox program.
Russian elite is claiming Russian citizens within won’t lose much. Kremlin has a self-purification plan to detox citizens of the Russian Federation from previously widely adopted and loved (but now sanctioned) Western services, products, and media. According to Kremlin, Western social media like @youtube and @twitter could be successfully replaced by home-based, often plagiarized Russian social media. Here is the Kremlin’s plan.
Cancel @facebook and replace it with Russian-based social media @VK.
